Established in 2017, SAMASTA mep consultants has grown from strengths to strengths with a dedicated management team and qualified professionals who have deep and extensive experiences over decades involving commercial & industrial buildings, private residential projects, data centres, retrofitting works and facilities maintenance. Our goal is to provide cost effective services and solutions to our values clients and ensures our client’s interest are satisfied with uncompromising quality and on time delivery.

SAMASTA mep consultants provide every stage of electrical and mechanical work, from design, and system installation, to maintenance and repair work. Our dedicated team of multi-disciplined, highly qualified engineers, office-based technical staff, and administrative personnel. We complete projects on time and within budget.

Projects for these and other clients include electrical system design and installation, as well as system maintenance and repairs, and fire detection system installation on a varied range of premises for both the commercial, domestic, infrastructure, industrial, clean room, data center, hospital application.

MEET OUR PROFESSIONALS
SAMASTA MEP consultants is founded by some engineers who have deep passion in engineering, extensive knowledge and experiences over decades involving commercial & industrial buildings, private residential projects, data centers, retrofitting works and facilities maintenance.
Those experiences working in many projects helped us understand that no two clients are alike, which is why we are very conscious of providing the right team of engineers for every project. Furthermore, we realize all client’s priorities are different and we will adapt our design to encompass those expectations.
Ir. Andreas Sudarno, IPM, ASEAN Eng.
As Founder and managing director of SAMASTA MEP Consultants, Andreas brings his passion for engineering to every project. His experiences in MEP design in many projects, as well as working with different team and uniquely talented people, has allowed him to flourish in MEP design, pushing through the boundaries of engineering.
His vision is to leveraging and acquiring latest technologies and dedicated management commitments to position SAMASTA MEP consultant as a premier MEP engineering services provider in the industry. That is why he put a lot of his love and integrity in sharing experiences and creating mutually rewarding relationships with the clients, suppliers, internal peoples, and even competitors in a safe, inspiring and open environment.

Yuli Purwanto as founder and director at SAMASTA MEP consultants has many experiences in a wide range of projects, stemming from over 23 years in the industry – from residential homes, data center, hospital to high rise buildings for the most demanding clientele, he has excelled at meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations. Yuli Purwanto prides himself on open communication, teamwork and responsiveness. His work in MEP projects has prepared him by giving him the ability to adapt to any situation. This combined with a wealth of knowledge and an eagerness to go above and beyond have fueled his drive for the MEP service industry.
Yuli Purwanto believes the interests of the clients come first and foremost, and projects are only successful if the overall team is satisfied. He is committed to producing at the highest level and knows the only way to truly do it is by keeping the clients fully meet their expectations.

He has wide engineering knowledge and alongside entrepreneurship, it’s in his bones. Working towards that goal and understanding from his experiences in many well-known developers and consultants, he believes that the quality we deliver will accomplish the goals set by clients and building owners.
Key Qualifications:
Design and Construction stage:
- Lead the overseas and local Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Consultants to implement the company expectations and international and local regulation and standard on every single works, and develop the most effective and efficient systems based on local common systems for operation and maintenance conveniences.
- Deal with architect and structure design engineer for MEP room, main and reticulation services route coordination and composite design
- Control and monitor schedule, budget and quality for all Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works done by the contractors and supervise site engineer to do their job properly.
- Equipments and Material valuations and approval
Operation stage:
- To do building engineering and it’s infrastructures auditing and monitoring and prepare finding reports to Building Management further action
- Assist the Property Management on building modernization, rehabilitation, renovation, and conversion on design, cost estimation and construction supervision.
- Supervise the Property Management on Building MEP Equipments operation, maintenance and troubleshooting to keep the building safe, sanitary and beautiful eternally and use it in comfort.
